End Suction Pumps

End Suction Cast Iron Series

The ECW series features a single stage, end suction, back draw out, and top centreline discharge. These are available in a variety of building materials to handle both clear and muddy raw water. For long life, a dynamically balanced impeller ensures vibration and noise free operation. Mounting and duty comply with EN 733, with DIN flanges suited for continuous operation.

Close Coupled Pumps

Close coupled single stage, end suction centrifugal pumps with the pump shaft directly linked to a typical induction motor via a stub or split connection. Close linked design saves space and allows for more compact construction. It takes up less room. In these pumps, a permanent rigid alignment is performed to eliminate the need for all other alignments. This, in turn, extends the life of the seal and bearing. Close coupled pumps are available with standard and high-efficiency motors.

Industrial Chemical ANSI B73.1 Pumps

Single stage chemical process pumps are mostly used to handle various types of chemicals that contain minor impurities. Depending on the liquid type, these pumps are available in a variety of construction materials. For long life, a dynamically balanced impeller ensures vibration and noise free operation. The mounting and duty comply with ANSI B73.1 and are suited for continuous operation. External adjustment provision is offered to maintain impeller clearance and needed efficiency.

Industrial Process Pumps

Medium consistency pulp and process pumps are used to handle various types of syrup, molasses, pulp, paper stock, raw water, and other liquids, and can manage maximum consistencies of up to 8%. A dynamically balanced semi-open impeller ensures vibration and noise-free operation for a long life, and a replacement wear plate is employed to maintain the appropriate space between the impeller and the wear plate. External adjustment provision is offered to maintain impeller clearance and needed efficiency.

Slurry Pumps

Slurry pumps are designed to transport liquids containing solid particles. Slurry pumps change in design and construction to accommodate different types of slurry that differ in solid concentration, particle size, particle shape, and solution composition. For dependable operation, dynamically balanced Hi-Chrome impellers are employed, which are made of white iron with 25% chromium added to make it less brittle. Slurry pumps are frequently utilized in industries such as mining, dredging, power, and steel to transfer abrasive solids. Slurry pumps are available with metal walled single casings and variable speed options.
